Unsubscribe from ALL emails - if you click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails you will be unsubscribed from ALL Loop emails. Please note: This means we will be unable to respond to any support requests that you submit.
Unsubscribe from SOME emails - if you select Manage preferences at the bottom of any email from us you can choose which emails you would like to receive; For example this gives you the choice to unsubscribe from Marketing emails but remain subscribed to Support emails.

Messages from Loop Customer Support system advising of system status, acknowledging receipt of support tickets, and progress updates on refunds and returns. This does not include one-to-one support ticket responses from Loop Customer Support.
Infrequent emails sharing content developed with carefully selected partners who share Loop's mission and values.
A short series of emails providing more information about our low carbon home journey. The emails provide information on efficiency, solar generation, insulation the electrification of heat and transport.
